Consult Description
This is a private advisory intervention for founders already in motion. We focus on one point where pressure is forming and decisions are starting to carry more weight than they should. Not broadly. Not theoretically. Precisely where control begins to slip. Together, we isolate what is no longer holding and what is only working because you are holding it together. You leave with a clear read on the system you are operating inside What is structurally sound What is being compensated for What is beginning to cost more than it should Most founders wait until this becomes operational. By then, the cost is already costing. This is not ongoing advisory. It is a contained, high-focus intervention at the moment where clarity still changes the outcome. Founders usually recognize this moment before they act on it.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. To be fair to all clients and to optimize scheduling, please review our cancellation policy: Cancellations or rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund or to rebook at no extra charge. Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the appointment): A cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee will be charged. No-shows: If you miss your appointment without prior notice, the full consultation fee will be charged. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time.
